I got the footage from my runs on a CBR250R through the tail of the dragon.
its really funny to here that little 250 strung out to within an inch of its life.

nice, met a guy on one of my trips that lived in day trip distance away. Had 3 other bikes most would choose for the ride but he chose the 250 Ninja every time. It’s the perfect tool for the job.

My friends in the Atlanta area say the 250s are the bane of their existence when they go to the Tail of the Dragon. One of my friends almost wrecked his Ducati trying to not let a 250 get away. lol

Our kids’ nanny this summer had a CBR250 that she would ride to the house on nice days, because she could take our kids places in our Volvo anyway. She let me take it to work on those days. That is a fun little bike.
Describing it to a middle-aged guy who probably has a Harley, he kept referring to it as a moped. I’m like, umm, well I’ve ridden a moped. This isn’t a moped. Like, yeah it’s not a highway racer but it’s a lot of fun on back roads, and I wasn’t afraid of instant death by misapplication of throttle.

Seems like a good match, would rock a 250 / 300 for either street use or racing. Couldn’t handle one at a track day though, too much speed difference with big bikes.

Can confirm. Harley guy at work calls everything a “Little __.” “Oh, that little BMW?” “Little Honda” “Little R1200GS”

Yea chasing the little bikes (esp if the rider clearly knows what they are doing) its not something to be done at the gap
